Past Executives

Director: Les Allen
Les has been a member of the RCMP since May 13th 1980. He
has served his entire service in the Lower Mainland of British
Columbia. His duties have included General duties, Traffic,
Break and Enter Section, Drug Section, and Criminal Intelligence.
Most recently Les was elected to the Staff Relations Program
in 1998 and is presently serving in his second term of office.

Director: Daryl Tottenham
Sgt. Daryl Tottenham is a 17 year member with the New Westminster
Police Service, serving most of his service within the general
duty patrol section. He has been actiive with the Police Assn
for 15 years and is currently the President of the BC Federation
of Police Officers. He also sits on the board of the Canadian
Police Assn. in Ottawa and the Covington Venture Capital Fund.

Kelly Watson
I have been a member of the RCMP for 29 years, having been posted
initially to Mission general duties, Abbotsford Freeway patrol,
Surrey Det. Traffic, Revelstoke Highway patrol, Port Hardy Det.
general duty, Sechelt Highway Patrol, North Vancouver Det. Traffic,
North Vancouver Det. Admin Support, and finally to the Lower
Mainland Staff Relations Representative position. Born and raised
in Abbotsford, B.C., transferring around the province, I now
reside back in Abbotsford.
